Danielle is a rising senior at Tulane University who plans on going to medical school after graduation. She is majoring in neuroscience with a minor in psychology. When she is not studying or in the lab she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, eating the many delicious foods New Orleans has to offer, and binge watching her favorite shows on Netflix.
Ph.D. student, Neuroscience Program
Before coming to the Fadok Laboratory, Ryan spent his college days studying biochemistry and biology through cell systems. Today, Ryan is more interested in understanding how different structures in the brain communicate and elicit their functions. For the future, Ryan hopes to uncover some of the truths in the brain that will progress the field towards preventing horrible diseases like Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurodegenerative illnesses. Outside of neuroscience, Ryan enjoys golf, turning leftovers into new meals, dogs (unfortunately his apartment doesn’t allow pets), and spending time with his friends and family.
